MUNCY - The Diversity Club of Muncy High School held a talent show last month and raised $1,300 for the Son-Light House. Last week they presented a check to Ken Fry, director of the Son-Light House. "We really could not have done this without the help of our sponsors," said Sabrina Miron, President of the Diversity Club.

The high school students said they started working on the "Really Big Show' at the beginning of the school year and throughout the school year before its final production. This was also the second year the students held the fundraiser talent show with the help of student advisors, Sandy Ludwig and Jeanne Rogan. "Our English teacher, Mrs. Karen Shaffer was also a big help," added Miron.

Local sponsors were Haywoods, Muncy Bank & Trust, OIP, SAMS Club, Chung's Buffet, Main St. Grill, CCS Construction, Dittmar Plumbing, Orlando's, and Hair Quarters.
