Snowfall in business district

Try crossing the street in downtown Muncy without getting a shoe full of snow! What a disgrace. Borough council needs to do something, this happens every year. And walkers and wheelchair patients, people with cances have to walk in the street, walk to an open spot (at the end of the curb) just to get to a downtown store.
