Monday – Creamy honey mustard chicken, peas and cauliflower, brown rice, banana.
Tuesday – Spaghetti with meatballs and tomato sauce, Italian vegetable blend, three bean salad.
Wednesday – Baked liver with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, oatmeal applesauce cake.
Thursday – Italian breaded pork loin, cheesy penne, ratatouille, creamy coleslaw.
Friday-Cajun turkey burger with hamburger bun, sweet potatoes, Cajun corn, chocolate chip cookie.
Week of Jan. 20
Monday – Swedish meatballs, peas with pearl onions, halushkie noodles, sliced peaches.
Tuesday – Cheddar cheese omelet, stewed tomatoes, hot cinnamon apples, whole wheat bread, pumpkin custard.
Wednesday – Mexican taco salad with taco meat and tortilla chips, Spanish beans, lettuce and cheese.
Thursday – Franks and beans, molasses baked beans, carrots and cauliflower, macaroni salad.
Friday -Turkey pot pie, pot pie squares and gravy, mixed vegetables, orange.
Week of Jan. 27
Monday – Hamburger barbecue sandwich, beans and greens, butternut squash, carrot and raisin salad.
Tuesday – Chicken parmesan, garlic breadstick, Italian vegetable blend, banana.
Wednesday – Italian sausage with rigatoni and sauce, green beans, pineapple chunks.
Thursday – Parmesan breaded baked fish, au gratin potatoes, dilled carrot coins, gelatin with peaches, dinner roll.
Friday – Macaroni cheese and ham, stewed tomatoes, peas, chocolate pudding.
