Mr. and Mrs. Gale Buck, Montgomery, observed their 35th wedding anniversary June 29, 2009.

They were married by Richard Gazar in Williamsport. They are members of Christ Lutheran Church, Montgomery.

Mrs. Buck, the former Cathleen Jones, is a native of Williamsport. She is the daughter of Lois Jones, Williamsport, and the late John E. Jones. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1974 and is employed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., Montoursville, as a supervisor.

Mr. Buck, a native of Williamsport, is the son of Doretta Middlesworth, Montgomery, and Charles Buck, Montoursville. He graduated from Montgomery Area High School in 1973 and is employed by Construction Specialties as a quality inspector.

They are the parents of two sons, Jason, Rochester, N.Y., and Kyle, Sugar Loaf. There is one granddaughter.
