Garman and Sally Zehner celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary recently at a gathering hosted by their children at Orlando’s Restaurant, Muncy. Guests included close family and wedding attendants.

Mrs. Zehner is the former Sally Cummiings, a graduate of Muncy High School.

Garman Zehner is a graduate of Hughesville High School. Both are retired from the State Corrections Institute, Muncy.

They were united in marriage August 31, 1962 at the First United Methodist Church in Muncy where they continue to be members.

The couple are parents of two children, Doug and Patty Zehner; and Jennifer Morganie. There are four grandchildren.
