Mr. and Mrs. Marlyn Kepner

Mr. and Mrs. Marlyn Kepner celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 8. In honor of their anniversary a surprise celebration was hosted by their children a the Moose on June 9.

Mrs. Kepner, the former Violet Robbins, is a native of Unityville. She is the daughter of the late Andrew and Martha Robbins. She graduated from Hughesville HIgh School in 1962. She retired from West Pharmaceutical Services, Williamsport, in 2006.

Mr. Kepner, a native of Hughesville, is the son of the late George and Estella Kepner. He attended Hughesville HIgh School. He retired in 2005 from Textron, Williamsport.

They are the parents of two sons, Steven, Hughesville, and Douglas (Ellen), Sweet Valley, PA. and a daughter, Sheila (Jack) Bremigen, Hughesville.

There are six grandchildren.
