Courtney Johnson and Nathan Shoemaker, both from Lycoming County, were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 2013.

John Caudle officiated at the Bride’s Great-Grandparents farm in Unityville, PA (Worthington Farm), where a reception also was held in the family’s barn.

Johnson is the daughter of Laura Wertz (Chip Wertz) and Craig Johnson (Jane Johnson). She graduated from Muncy Area High School in 2007 and received an Associate’s Degree in paralegal and was valedictorian from McCann School of Business in 2009. She is employed by FCI Allenwood as a T & A Clerk.

Shoemaker is the son of Steve Shoemaker and Carol Bryson and Carl and Bonnie Jacobs. He graduated from Hughesville Area High School in 2009. He is employed by Keystone Filler, Muncy, PA as a Laborer.

Maid-of-Honor was Tiffany Long, best friend of the bride.

Bridesmaids were, Madison Wertz, sister of the bride and Rochelle Fisher, friend of the bride.

Flower girls were Candyss and Skyla Shoemaker, daughters of the groom.

Ring bearers were Aaden and Alex Confer, cousins of the bride and Ethan Wertz, nephew of the bride.

Best man was Billy Jacobs, brother of the groom.

Groomsmen were, Nathan Wertz, brother of Bride and Jordan Probst, friend of groom and Uncle of Bride.

The couple is residing in Northumberland County.
