Northerly Winds Will Increase To Between 15 And 20 Mph This Afternoon Across Eastern Pennsylvania. The Winds Will Combine With 10 Hour Fuel Moisture Below 10 Percent And Minimum Relative Humidities Near 20 Percent To Create Conditions Favorable For The Initiation And Rapid Spread Of Wildfires.
