Charged and sentenced 1.15.2020
The following people have been charged with various criminal offenses occuring in southeastern Lycoming, according to court records. Those charged and the law enforcement agencies involved were:
Brooke Nicole Bower, 30, of 1021 High Street, Williamsport; state police; aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness; after allegedly spitting on an EMS worker and yelling obscenities on Route 442 in Muncy Creek Township. She was jailed on $25,000 bail and appeared before Judge Kemp on Jan. 3 for her preliminary hearing.
David Bacon, 58, of 91 O’Dell Road, Muncy; state police; simple assault and harassment for allegedly striking his wife Rita in the face at the couple’s Fairfield Township home on Dec. 26; released on $7,500 bail.
Chad Reichenbach, 49, of Millville; state police; contraband and possession of a controlled substance (not identified in court papers) following an incident on June 20 when he was committed to the Lycoming County Prison on another matter; initially jailed in lieu of an additional $10,000 bail, but now free on bail.
Dyllyn Laird, 21, of 12117 Route 220, Hughesville; Muncy police; strangulation, aggravated and simple assault, recklessly endangering and related offenses for allegedly attempting to strangle girlfriend Grace Nogle and throwing her against a set of bed springs at their home on Dec. 14; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
William Burns II, 39, of 153 E. Water St., Muncy; Muncy police; possession with intent to deliver 13 bags of marijuana, possession of drug
paraphernalia and simple assault following a disturbance in which he allegedly punched Nicole Ohnmeiss in the back of the head at his former home in the 200 block of South Market Street on Nov. 1; released on $35,000 bail.
Sentenced to probation:
Cathy M. Alexander, 40, of 1377 Mall Road, Muncy, six months, a $25 fine, DUI education, drug and alcohol assessment, and 50 hours of community service for DUI and driving at unsafe speeds.
