The following people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records.The law enforcement agencies involved were:

Motorist Renee Page, 53, of 408 E. Water St., Hughesville; state police; DUI and careless driving on Route 405 in Wolf Township on Nov. 23; blood-alcohol content level was .13; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Jeffrey Brown, 39, of 528 Reuben Kehrer Road, lot 69; state police; possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia at his home in Fairfield Township on Nov. 4; released on $5,000 bail.

Motorist Stacey Santee, 43, of 207 S. Second St., Hughesville; state police; DUI and careless driving on Route 220 in the city on Oct. 27; bloodalcohol

level was .12; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Frank L. Garn, 49, of 96 Place, Apartment No. 58, Muncy, 45 to 90 days in county prison, 27 months intermediate punishment, $350 in restitution

and 150 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking; 30 months of intermediate punishment for receiving stolen property; and a $300 fine

for disorderly conduct.

Scott M. Shaffer, 40, of 755 Schell Road, Turbotville, 72 hours to six months in county prison, a $1,000 fine, a drug and alcohol assessment, DUI classes, and 50 hours of community service for DUI.

Monica L. Berninger, 38, of 528 Reuben Kehrer Road, Lot 14, Muncy, six months intermediate punishment, a drug and alcohol assessment, DUI education and 50 hours of community service for DUI, careless drivingand no rear lights.

Michael R. Bacon, 20, of Unityville, a $300 fine for disorderly conduct.
