Charged and Sentenced 2.12.2020
The following individuals people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records:
Stephen Cooper Sheets, 19, homeless; Hughesville police; manufacture, delivery and possession with intent to deliver controlled substance, small amount of marijuana, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, driving unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, no rear lights, driving without valid inspection; after allegedly driving without a rear light and being in possession of marijuana at 349 Cemetery St. on Feb. 1. He was sent a court summons and is to appear before Judge Soloman on Feb. 19 for his preliminary hearing.
Sean Burns, 49, of 96 N. Main St.; Hughesville; Hughesville police; DUI and careless driving on East Walnut Street on Jan. 1; blood-alcohol content level .18; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Jonathan Morgan, 31, of 152 Boak Ave., lot 24, Hughesville; state police; terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment after he allegedly told a state police dispatcher that he would “blow out the windows of a marked state police car” that was parked near his home if it did not leave the area about 1:45 a.m. on Dec. 29; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Emily Fredrick, 35, of 202 Pepper St., Muncy; state police; DUI on East Penn Street in Muncy on Dec. 5; blood-alcohol content level was .20; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Brian Lebarron, 24, of Watsontown; state police; DUI and careless driving on Route 405 in Muncy Creek Township on Nov. 22; blood-alcohol content level was .11; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Megan Hunter, 35, of 528 Ruben Kehrer Road, Muncy; state police; hindering apprehension following an incident at her home involving fugitive Nichole Hunter on Nov. 10; released on $5,000 bail; court records did not say if the two women were related.
Sentenced to state prison:
Katelynn S. Harvey, 24, of SCI Muncy, three to six months in state prison for possession of an instrument of crime.
Sentenced to county prison:
Justin A. Karschner, 31, of 1400 Ruben Kehrer Road, Muncy, 30 days to six months in county prison, a $100 fine, a drug and alcohol assessment, DUI classes and 25 hours of community service for DUI.
Amy L. Lorimer, 22, of 1131 Diggan Road, Muncy, 26 days to 12 months in county prison, 12 months probation, a drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours of activity with daughter for possession of a controlled substance.
Daniel Marino Morgret, 25, of 138 Mechanic St., Muncy, five to six days in county prison, DUI education, a drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours of community service for DUI and an out headlight.
