The foollowing complaints were handled by police agencies in Lycoming County, as provided by the county Emergency Communications Center:

SATURDAY, Feb. 29

11:16 a.m., theft, 80 block of North Broad Street, Hughesville Borough.

4:15 p.m., reckless/intoxicated driver, 400 block of South Main Street, Hughesville Borough.

SUNDAY, March 1

5:40 a.m., reckless/intoxicated driver, 15900 block of South Route 44, Washington Township.

1:20 p.m., harassment by communications, 100 block of Heatherbrooke Estates, Muncy Creek Township.

6:03 p.m., reckless/intoxicated driver, 600 block of Lycoming Mall Circle, Muncy Township.

MONDAY, March 2

5:59 p.m., reckless/intoxicated driver, 30 block of South Main Street, Montgomery Borough.

WEDNESDAY, March 4

12:59 p.m., theft, 50 block of Penn Street, Montgomery Borough.

1:08 p.m., disturbance, 100 block of Sherman Street, Muncy Borough.

5:59 p.m., theft, 0 block of Bruner Street, Muncy Borough.

THURSDAY, March 5

9:52 a.m., hit and run, 30 block of Green Street, Muncy Borough.

1:36 p.m., harassment, 500 block of Reuben Kehrer Road, Fairfield Township.

6:56 p.m., reckless/intoxicated driver, 100 block of South Lycoming Mall Road, Muncy Township.

11:42 p.m., disturbance, 60 block of Boak Avenue, Wolf Township.

The following individuals were charged for the following crimes:

Donovan Peterson Jr., 28, of 143 Broad St., Montgomery; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; theft and theft by deception; he took $100 from a confidential informant during a drug sale, but never lived up to his end of the bargain of providing heroin in exchange for the cash on South Main Street in Muncy on July 23; jailed in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Adam Schick, 34, of Gilbert, Arizona; state police; felony theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $80,000 from a woman in Plunketts Creek Township through a scam that involved a wide range of bogus stories between October 2017 and February 2018; the two met through an online dating service; the woman loaned large sums of money to Schick, who claimed he would pay her back, but he never did, police alleged; released on $15,000 bail.

The following individuals were sentenced:

Stephen Sheets, 19, of 184 N. Third St., Hughesville, pled guilty last week to an Old Lycoming Township police charge of receiving stolen property that stems from an incident on Jan. 9. On that day, Sheets was driving a car with a stolen license plate on it. The plate belonged to David Stoner and was stolen from the 4000 block of Lycoming Creek Road in early January, police said. Sheets paid $468 in fines and court costs.

Phillip M. Emery, 41, of 91 Odell Road, Muncy, $200 for possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.

Intermediate punishment:

Holly Jo Wertz, 19, of 21 Kinsey St., Montgomery, 24 months, $1,500 fine, DUI education, a drug and alcohol assessment and 50 hours of community service for DUI.
