Motorists Charged With DUI

Thirty-one motorists have been charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Those charged and the police departments involved were:

Scott W. Reamsnyder, 25, of 434 E. Campbell Lane, Linden; Old Lycoming Township police on Route 15 in the township on Jan. 18

John R. Branning, 43, of 824 Cherry St.; state police following a crash at Lycoming Creek and Log Run roads on Jan. 8.

Kristin A. Verlato, 26, of 1124 W. Fourth St.; city police in the 1100 block of West Fourth Street on Jan. 7.

Michael J. Tallman, 24, of 620 Tenth Ave.; city police in the 800 block of Second Street on Dec. 26.

Leo Donald Green Jr., 51, of Scranton; Hughesville police on East Water Street in the borough on Dec. 26.

Steven T. Snyder, 38, of 1057 Hepburn St.; city police in the 400 block of Third Avenue on Dec. 23.

Craig Alan Cusson, 21, of 1250 Rabbitown Road, Pennsdale; state police following a crash at Route 220 and Achmuty Road in Muncy Township on Dec. 23.

Karla L. Weller, 19, of Swengel; Pennsylvania College of Technology police in the 1100 block of West Fourth Street on Dec. 23.

Jason Truman Merrill, 35, of 1161 Slacks Run Road, Trout Run; city police following a crash in the 1000 block of Dewey Avenue on Dec. 21.

Mark Alan Kettler, 34, of 512 Hepburn St.; city police following a crash in the 1100 block of West Third Street on Dec. 13.

Clarence J. Curry, 48, of 242 E. Church St.; city police in the 800 block of West Fourth Street on Dec. 13.

Joseph Dustin Mauk, 23, of Claysburg; Penn College police in the 300 block of Susquehanna Street on Dec. 10.

Nicholas Allen Clark, 22, of Mifflintown; Penn College police at West Third and Susquehanna streets on Dec. 7.

James Lynn Shaylor Jr., 21, of Muncy Valley; Muncy Township police at Washington and Water steeets on Dec. 5.

Scot Edward Stump, 45, of Watsontown; Muncy police at Quarry Road and Musser Lane on Nov. 29, also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Graham, 48, of 727 Hepburn St.; the county’s DUI Task Force in the 1200 block of Memorial Avenue on Nov. 27.

Kyle David Alexander, 21, of 1812 Route 87, Montoursville; state police on Interstate 180 near the Faxon interchange on Nov. 22.

Germanine Coles, 35, of 866 Park Ave.; state police following a crash in the 2000 block of Lincoln Drive on Nov. 21.

Alex Gene Cohick, 22, of 250 Church St., South Williamsport; state police following a crash in the 1700 block of East Third Street on Nov. 13, also charged with hit-run.

Kiya A. Kelly, 21, of 2513 Dove St.; city police following a crash in the 700 block of West Fourth Street on Nov. 8.

William A. Kranz Jr., 26, of 936 W. Fourth St.; DuBoistown police on Euclid Avenue on Nov. 1.

Jordan A. Kilbourn, 21, of 166 S. Fourth St.; Hughesvillle; state police on Interstate 180 in Montoursville on Oct. 24.

Alan Leslie Herold, 47, of 399 Herold Road, Jersey Shore; state police in the 2700 block of Lycoming Creek Road on Oct. 12.

Claude W. Skellenger, 39, of 629 W. Fourth St.; South Williamsport police in the 100 block of Maynard Street in the borough on Oct. 7.

Craig Allen Flexer, 36, of 241 Back St., Montoursville; state police following a crash at Route 973 and Warrensville Road in Eldred Township on Oct. 5.

Robert P. Malone, 46, of 244 Broad St., Montoursville; state police following a crash on Interstate 180 in Loyalsock Township on Oct. 4.

Megan E. Trice, 29, of 1602 Sherman St.; state police at West Third and Maynard streets on Sept. 21.

Richard E. Olschafskie, 52, of 152 Boak Ave., Hughesville; Hughesville police in the 5600 block of Route 220 in Wolf Township on Oct. 31.

Joel D. Hepler, 25, 917 1/2 Arch St.; Old Lycoming Township police following a crash om the 4500 block of Route 973 East in Hepburn Township on Aug. 26.

Arthur L. Phillips Jr., 50, of 57 Sandra Lee Drive, Linden; state police at 744 E. New Road, Woodward Township on Dec. 29.

Michael A. Hill, 36, of 4648 Route 973 east; Old Lycoming Township police at Lycoming Creek Road and Route 973 east, Cogan Station on Nov. 16.

All were sent notices to appear before a district judge.
