A crash occurred on Feb. 19 on S. 220 in Penn Twp. which is an asphalt roadway traversing north and south. Adam Ross, Jersey Shore, was traveling north when it crossed over into the southbound lane and struck the trailer of Jean Pierre Lalonde, St. Catherines. Ross continued north and veered off the roadway along the east berm and struck an embankment with the front of the tractor and came to a rest. Lalonde continued south for a short distance and came to a rest in the middle of the roadway.

On Feb. 19 Cory Robert Hartman of Linden and Cynthia Sue Buck, Montgomery, engaged in a verbal argument. Hartman physically pushed Buck and then left the residence and eventually returned. Hartman than kicked the Buck’s door in and entered her apartment. Hartman was intoxicated at the time of the incident. He was arraigned before District Justice C. Roger McRae and was committed to the Lycoming County Prison when he could not post bail.
