Patricia M. Gomez, 20, Montgomery was stopped for a traffic violation on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009 on SR 405, Muncy Borough. Gomez admitted to drinking alcohol and failed field sobriety. Gomez was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. Her BAC revealed that she was under the legal limit. She was subsequently cited for underage drinking and appropriate traffic violations.

On Feb. 26-27, 2009 a 17-year old male of Hughesville sent two messages to Miles C. Arbogast, Muncy, through an online social networking site known as MySpace stating to the Arbogast that he was going to cause physical harm to him if he ever saw him in the streets. Subsequently as a result of the threatening messages, the accused has been charged.

On Feb. 28 to March 1, 2009 unknown actors damaged three vehicles that belonged to Randy Leonard, Hughesville. The vehicles were all parked in the victim’s driveway. The unknown actors then fled the scene in an unknown direction and by unknown means.
