Domestic Disturbances
Those charged and the police departments involved were:
Christopher Walters, 30, and Laura M. Faivre, 26, both charged by Jersey Shore police following an incident at their home at 208 1/2 N. Lincoln Ave. on Thursday in which Walters choked Faivre and she struck him with a broom, both released on $5,000 bail.
Michael A. Johnson, 60, of 5910 Route 220, Linden; state police, allegedly head-butted Erica Marie Patt of the same address, at their home on Wednesday, also charged with terroristic threats, jailed in lieu of $4,500 bail.
Richard Dirk Snyder, 50, of 401 Route 87, Fairfield Township; state police; allegedly assaulted his brother, Troy, of the same address, at the family’s farm on Monday; jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Roy John Goble Jr., 34, of 76 E. Houston Ave., Montgomery; state police, allegedly choked Casonja Applegate while she was driving a car as the two argued in a vehicle on Route 15 in Clinton Township on Feb. 22. After Applegate pulled over, Goble ripped CD player from the vehicle and threw out window; also charged with recklessly endangering; jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Carl A. Diggs, 51, of 743 W. Edwin St.; city police, allegedly threatened to kill his fiancee, Melissa Tesareski by threatening to throw her out a third-floor window at their home on Feb. 20, also charged with terroristic threats, initially jailed, now free on $8,500 bail.
Cory Robert Hartman, 21, of 67 Larue Drive, Linden; state police, allegedly shoved girlfriend, Cynthia Sue Buck after forcing his way into her apartment at 44 Sherwood Drive in Clinton Township on Feb. 18; also punched holes in apartment walls; also charged with burglary, felony trespassing, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness; initially jailed, now free on $12,000 bail.
