Twenty-eight motorists have been charged with driving under influence of intoxicants, according to court records. Those charged and the police departments involved were:

Ryan T. Cohick, 22, of 1146 W. Fourth St.; city police in the 1100 block of Park Avenue on Feb. 14, also charged with resisting arrest, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

John Q. Steely III, 59, of Cammal; Jersey Shore police at Bridge and Railroad streets on Jan. 31.

Steven Lyle Jackson, 22, of 128 Abbey Lane, Jersey Shore; state police on Route 44 in Limestone Township on Jan. 27.

Cheri Ann Fischer, 19, of 2634 Route 184, Trout Run; state police following a crash in the 32000 block of Route 44 in Brown Township on Jan. 21.

Daniel Thomas Lyons Jr., 20, of Hulmeville; Penn College police in the 200 block of College Avenue on Jan. 18, also charged with underage drinking.

Joseph Moore, 50, of Lewisberry; city police at Laurel and North streets on Jan. 16.
