HUGHESVILLE – Two men have been charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly possessing a $355 nail gun that had been stolen from Buck Lumber Co.,150 S. Railroad St., sometime between July and August 2008, borough police said.

James Lee Huffman, 27, of 1635 Route 442, Muncy, and Richard L. Barto Jr., 36, of 41 Deer View Road, Unityville, have each been sent a summons to appear before District Judge C. Roger McRae.
