MONTGOMERY – Wayne A. Croll, 35, of 16 Heilman St. has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing a case of Pepsi from the rear of Danielle Bryson’s home at 54 N. Main St. about 6 a.m. on Aug. 7, according to borough police. He has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge C. Roger McRae.
