Teen assaults counselor
MONTGOMERY – A resident at the Clearvision Residential Treatment Services Inc. on Saegers Station Road has been charged with allegedly assaulting a counselor at the Clinton Township facility by pulling out a clump of her hair on Aug. 1, according to state police.
Jasmine Demetri Winters, 18, was charged with simple assault and harassment after allegedly attacking Corrine Emily Zerbe, who was treated at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center for swelling to the right side of her head and face, police said.
Winters has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge C. Roger McRae.
