ELIMSPORT – Justin Patrick Foust-Bertz, 21, of Allenwood has been charged with allegedly stealing two speakers from Clint Allen Farley’s garage in Washington Township in late April 2009, state police said.

Farley’s specific address was not provided in court records.

Following his arraignment before District Judge C. Roger McCrae on charges of burglary, felony trespassing and theft, Foust-Bertz was released on $3,500 bail.
