Wolf Township man points handgun at woman
HUGHESVILLE – A Wolf Township man faces charges for allegedly pointing a handgun at a woman outside her place of employment, according to state Trooper Daniel Denucci.
Nathan Jacob Lyons, 25, of 215 Reservoir Road, is accused of pointing the weapon at Tiffany Fox at the rear of 127 N. Main St. about 1:40 p.m. May 10, Denucci said.
“Lyons holds animosity toward Fox due to a past conflict,” the trooper said in an affidavit.
Lyons pulled up in his vehicle at the rear of Fox’s place of employment and “began yelling at her from inside the vehicle,” Denucci said.
When Fox walked outside and approached Lyons’s pickup truck from the passenger side, the man suddenly “raised a handgun at Fox’s face,” the trooper said. The woman went back inside and called 911.
Charged with recklessly endangering, simple assault, harassment and driving without a license, Lyons has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge C. Roger McRae.
