PENNSDALE – Antoinette Marie Gehr, 42, of 54 Center St., Picture Rocks, has been charged by Muncy Township police with allegedly stealing a bottle of perfume oil from Oriental Gifts in the Lycoming Mall on Aug. 5, according to court records.

Gehr has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property and has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge C. Roger McRae on Oct. 6.
