MUNCY – Todd Michael Withers, 29, of 101 Foxfire Ridge Road, Montoursville, has been charged with allegedly stealing produce and cash from Lauchle’s Roadside Produce stand at 2361 Quaker Church Road, Muncy on Sept. 1, 2, 6 and 7.

The man took an unknown amount of cash and produce from the stand, including ears of corn, bags of peaches and watermelon, police said.

Withers has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge C. Roger McRae on Nov. 3.
