PENNSDALE – Two Williamsport men have been charged with shoplifting for allegedly stealing $159 worth of DVDs from Best Buy at the Lycoming Mall late Friday morning, according to state police.

Both Cody James Kyle, 25, of 324 Park Ave., and Craig Wayne Seese, 34, of 533 Market St., face charges, but Seese was nabbed in the mall after allegedly selling the DVDs to another store while Kyle was taken into custody an hour later on William Street in Williamsport, police said.

Since he has two prior shoplifting convictions, Seese has been charged with a felony while Kyle, who has one prior conviction, was charged with a misdemeanor, police said. The two were arraigned hours later before District Judge Jon E. Kemp and placed in the Lycoming County Prison; Seese in lieu of $5,000 bail and and Kyle in lieu of $2,500 bail.
