MONTGOMERY – Katie Faye Kissinger, 21, of 68 Reed Road, Hughesville, has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $1,900 worth of jewelry from the home of her stepmother, Stacie Kissinger, at 9083 Route 405 in Clinton Township, between mid-June and mid-August, state police said.

Kissinger has admitted to the theft and told police she pawned the jewelry for $100. She has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
