MUNCY – Joshua Coleman Sims, 30, of 505 Allen Drive, Delaware Township, Northumberland County, has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing a $300 catalytic converter from Spitfire at 1445 E. Lime Bluff Road in Muncy Creek Township on June 21, state police said. He has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
