Gregory Allen Garverick, 25, of 660 Wagner Road, Muncy, faces new charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after it was discovered that he had the controlled substance on him when he was committed to the Lycoming County Prison on a bench warrant on Jan. 14, according to county Detective A.E. Diaz Sr.

Following his arraignment last week before District Judge Allen P. Page III, Garverick was released on $1,500 bail.
