MONTGOMERY – Both Benjamin Roy Walters, 29, and Danielle Nicole Pysher, 29, have been charged with simple assault and harassment following a disturbance at their home at 38 W. Houston Ave. about 6 a.m. on May 15, according to state police.

The two were arraigned hours later before District Judge Jon E. Kemp and initially committed to the Lycoming County Prison.

They have since both been released on $10,000 bail.
