Mario Duarte Guerra, 50, of 6967 Route 15, Montgomery, has been charged by state police with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct following an incident in his car in the 1700 block of East Third Street about 2:10 p.m. on Jan. 30, state police said.

Following his arraignment before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman, Guerra was released on $10,000 bail.
