Woman accused of writing bad checks
CLARKSTOWN – Jolene Dawn Stahl, 31, of 812 Diamond St., has been charged with theft by deception for allegedly writing five bad checks totaling $570 at Lowe’s Great Value, 2185 Route 442, in mid-January, according to state police.
Following her recent arraignment before District Judge James Carn, Stahl was released on $8,500 bail. Co-defendant, Shawn Lee Klock, 30, of Muncy, was charged last month.
