HUGHESVILLE – Three people face charges in connection with the theft of a pair of boots that belonged to a Crawford County man and were stolen from the Laundry Basket on North Main Street on April 11, according to borough police.

Frank H. Allen, 38, of 2045 Pine Run Road, Hughesville, has been charged with theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, police said. Robert Thomas Moore, 50, and Deanna L. Allen, 37, of the same address, have each been charged with one count each of conspiracy. All three have been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
