MUNCY – A Mill Creek Township man faces a charge of recklessly endangering for allegedly firing five rounds from a handgun and one round from a rifle outside his home during a domestic disturbance on the evening of April 19, state police said.

Lawrence James Lambert Jr., 28, of 997 Upper Rynearson Road, has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
