MONTGOMERY – Tara Jean Brennan, 27, of 61 N. Main St., has been charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment for allegedly punching Janelle Hicks in the face, fracturing her nose at the Riverside Campground and Lounge on South Main Street on July 6, borough police said.

Police said Brennan punched the woman while questioning her about an upcoming custody hearing.

Brennan has waived her preliminary hearing and is free on $2,500 bail.
