HUGHESVILLE – A New York state man has been charged with allegedly stalking and harassing his estranged wife at her home on Beaver Run Road in Penn Township, state police said.

David Francis Hellenthal, 55, of Endicott, has been charged with stalking and harassment for an alleged incident at Jean Hellenthal’s home between June 29 and July 21, police said.

Hellenthal has been taking photographs of his wife, her house and her boyfriend, police said. He has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
