MUNCY – A Pepper Street man faces theft-related charges for allegedly stealing video games from two apartments at 700 Tanglewood Road in early August, borough police said.

Gerald Joseph Alberti II, 23, of 507 Pepper St., stole three video games from one apartment and one video game from another, police allege in court papers. The victims’ identities were not in the criminal complaint.

Police also accused Alberti of selling the games to two businesses at the Lycoming Mall. Following his arraignment last Friday before District Judge Jon E. Kemp on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, Alberti was released on $2,500 bail.
