HUGHESVILLE – Colby Scott Martin, 28, of 743 Route 118, has been charged with stealing his father’s two credit cards and using them to make $1,885 worth of purchases earlier this year, state police said.

Following his arraignment last week before District Judge Jon E. Kemp on charges of access device fraud, identity theft and theft, Martin was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $35,000 bail.

The victim in the case was Dean Earl Martin, of the same Wolf Township address, police said.
