Arrest made for stealing from two businesses
MUNCY – Joshua Coleman Sims, 31, of 505 Allen Road, Muncy, was arrested for allegedly stealing items from two businesses, according to state police.
Police allege Sims stole $200 worth of catalytic converters and radiators from Bailey’s Auto Body, 440 N. Main St., in August 2011, and $3,500 worth of tires and rims from Apple Hill 4×4 at 38 Lucas Drive, Fairfield Township, in early September 2012, according to court records filed last month.
Charged with two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, Sims was recently arraigned before District Judge Jon E. Kemp and released on $20,000 bail.
