Travis Christian Klinger, 27, of 733 Reuben Kehrer Road, Muncy, waived a preliminary hearing on charges stemming from a burglary in the city’s Newberry neighborhood in late December.

City police charged Klinger with allegedly stealing $300 and jewelry from Frank and Cindy Norris’ home at 616 Howard St. on Dec. 6.

Initially jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail, Klinger has since been released from the Lycoming County Prison.
