PENNSDALE – Shane Michael Brown, 30, of 276 Dochter Road, Jersey Shore, faces charges for allegedly selling a stolen 12-gauge shotgun to Gander Mountain in Muncy Township back in early July 2012, according to state police.

Charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property, Brown was paid $200 for the shotgun, police said. The gun was stolen in burglary at Ray McKivison’s home in Clinton County, police said.

Following his recent arraignment before District Judge Jerry C. Lepley, Brown was released on $25,000 bail.
