PICTURE ROCKS – Michael Brian Paulhamus, 43, of 56 Laurel Run Road, was charged with simple assault and harassment after allegedly punching his wife, Jennifer, in her right eye during a disturbance at the couple’s Wolf Township home on April 8, state police said.

Following his arraignment hours later, Paulhamus initially was committed to the Lycoming County Prison, but he since has been released on bail.
