MUNCY Joshua Scott Haynes, 32, of 1301 Stoney Batter Road, has been charged by borough police with allegedly using a stolen bank card at the Turkey Hill on Washington Street and at Sheetz in Williamsport.

Haynes used the card to pay for $55 worth of merchandise at both businesses on March 2, police said.

The card belonged to William Walters and Kristin Munns and was taken from their home, police said.

Charged with theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud, Haynes has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
