PENNSDALE – A resident at Ashler Manor on Ashler Manor Drive faces assault-related charges for punching a staff member in the face and ripping a handful of hair from her head, Muncy Township police alleged in an affidavit.

Lilivett Leandry, 18, has been charged with simple assault and harassment as a result of the alleged attack that occurred at the facility on May 30, police said. She has been sent a summons to appear for a preliminary hearing today before District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
