PENNSDALE – Tyler Sott Hamm, 20, of 1306 Scott St., Williamsport, has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting for allegedly stealing $38 worth of merchandise from Sears at the Lycoming Mall on Dec. 5, according to state police. He already has one shoplifting conviction, police said.

Following his arraignment Wednesday before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman, Hamm was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
