MUNCY – Three Lycoming County Prison inmates have been arraigned on new charges, according to court records filed at the office of District Judge Jon E. Kemp. Those charged and the police departments involved were:

Christopher Lee Snuffer, 25, of 101 Boak Ave., Hughesville, and Zachary Reaser, 21, of Allenwood; Muncy police; two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing two motorcycles from 25 S. Market St. in late June; victim not identified; Snuffer recommitted in lieu of $75,000 bail and Reaser in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Joseph Edward Gibson, 32, of 1711 Pinchtown Road, Montgomery; Muncy police; burglary, felony trespassing, theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly breaking into Tommy’s Sports Bar, 308 N. Main St., and stealing cash on March 30; recommitted in lieu of $100,000 bail.
