MUNCY – An area restaurant that had a catastrophic fire that heavily damaged the business Feb. 18 has sued a Missouri-based kitchen equipment maker in U.S. Middle District Court.

Bradley’s Fern Park, along Susquehanna Trail near the borough, sued True Food Service Equipment, claiming the company provided faulty equipment leading to a fire at the restaurant and bar.

The case has been assigned to U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann.
