PENNSDALE – A DuBoistown woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing nine cellphones from Target at Lycoming Crossing between July 12 and Aug. 13, according to Muncy Township police.

Melissa Brianne Smith, 29, of 230 Arlington St., has been charged with felony trespassing and receiving stolen property. Following her recent arraignment before District Judge Jon E. Kemp, she was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
