The Lycoming County Coroner’s Office and Pennsylvania State Police responded to a

crash at Rt. 405 and Griffith Rd. in Muncy Creek Twp. Kyla R. Toboz was turning

on Rt. 405 when she turned into the path of a pickup truck traveling on Rt. 405.

She was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at 1648 hours. The deceased died

of multiple blunt force trauma. The deceased is a designated organ and tissue donor so

Gift of Life Donor Program has been contacted to coordinate at the family’s request.

Funeral arrangements were being handled by the Spitler Funeral Home in

Montoursville.
