MONTGOMERY – Christopher N. Bartlow, 22, of 1994 Pinchtown Road, has been charged with simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment for allegedly punching Heather Cox in the face and shoving Christopher Martz into a television set at 15 N. Main St., in early August, borough police said. He is free on $10,000 bail.
