MONTGOMERY – Jamill Shakeem Hines, 18, of 92 E. Houston Ave., has been arrested on charges that he allegedly raped a woman in the borough three days before Christmas, according to borough police.

Hines was arraigned before District Judge Jon E. Kemp on charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault. He was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
